This week, the home improvement firm introduced their Mylow Companion app, which is an AI-driven customer support tool designed to help sales representatives quickly offer necessary details to customers looking to purchase products.
As detailed in a press release, the firm rolled out the technology throughout over 1,700 of its outlets.

“No matter whether employees have spent just five weeks or five years on the job, they can feel assured that they’re providing top-notch guidance and support, and shoppers can rely on receiving the finest service and shopping experience offered by any retail company,” stated Seemantini Godbole, who serves as Lowe’s chief digital and information officer, in an official release.
Earlier this year, the retailer introduced Mylow as a client-oriented digital assistant. Both Mylow Companion and Mylow were created in partnership with OpenAI, an AI research entity located in San Francisco.

Lowe’s employees have the ability to activate MyLow Companion using spoken commands converted into text. The artificial intelligence provides relevant details based on these inputs, which are then sent to handheld gadgets they commonly utilize, as stated in the announcement.
