The firm stated they would be “restructuring” certain segments of their operations “in order to scale more effectively with precision and control.” They also mentioned, “‘Artificial Intelligence’ has consistently underpinned our operational methods. AI broadens our recruitment scope and accelerates the process from concept to market-ready products. Additionally, it optimizes sales strategies, enhances client satisfaction, and boosts productivity in all departments, whether at the forefront or behind-the-scenes. Essentially, AI amplifies efficiency across every part of the organization.'”
CrowdStrike is not alone in reducing staff due to advancements in artificial intelligence technology.
